Our project for ilovemaatkasten.be showcases the power of full integration. We developed a 3D configurator that not only allows customers to design and order custom cabinets, but also connects directly to the company’s IT and production systems. This ensures the configurator always uses the most current stock and pricing information and that completed orders are sent digitally to the production machinery for efficient manufacturing.
Omnichannel approach.
The I Love Maatkasten project was designed and developed with an omnichannel approach.
The 3D configurator is a central part of this. Customers can design their cabinet online and then choose how to proceed. They can either buy it directly from the website or create a PDF quote. This quote has a unique code or QR code that customers can take to an I Love Maatkasten showroom. At the showroom, staff can easily access the customer’s design, making it simple to help them finalize the purchase. This strategy connects the online and in-store shopping experiences.
